Matt Price, Chief Financial Officer

Matt V. Price has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 1997 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Matt graduated with a Masters Degree in Accounting from the School of Business at the University of North Texas in 1993. He joined KPMG, LLP, a public accounting firm, where he focused on financial statement audits. He started his real estate career in 1997 as a financial controller for a private commercial real estate company. He was promoted to the Chief Financial Officer in 1999. His experience is in budgeting, reporting, accounting, acquisitions and dispositions for commercial real estate assets. Matt’s strengths are his attention to detail and analytical abilities.
